How this tool works

Two upload boxes

Use the first box for the photo and the second for the signature. Each box supports clicking, pressing Enter or Space, and drag and drop, and shows the loaded file name.

Layout and spacing

Choose vertical (signature below) or horizontal (signature beside), set the gap, and set the box size for each image. The signature uses a contain fit so it is never cut off.

Size and format

Pick JPG, PNG, or WebP. Enter an optional KB target to compress the combined image; the panel shows the final canvas size and achieved KB. Re-encoding removes metadata.

Verify the requirement

Combined-upload rules vary and can change. Confirm what the form needs before submitting the joined image.

Photo Signature Joiner in your browser

Photo Signature Joiner places a photo and a signature onto one canvas, which some application forms ask for as a single combined upload. You upload the two images separately, set the box size for each, and choose how they are arranged.

You can stack the signature below the photo or place it beside, set the gap, pick a background and output format, and optionally compress the combined image toward a KB target. The result panel reports the final canvas size and the size achieved.

Combined-upload rules vary between portals and can change, so treat this as a flexible layout tool and confirm the exact requirement on the page you are submitting to.

How to use Photo Signature Joiner

  3. Set the photo and signature box sizes, choose the layout, gap, background, and an optional KB target, then click Process.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server by the Photo Signature Joiner?

No. Both images are read and combined in your browser using the canvas, and neither is uploaded anywhere.

How do I add both the photo and the signature?

There are two separate upload boxes. Put the photo in the first and the signature in the second; the Process button stays disabled until both are present.

Can I join the photo and signature into one file under a KB limit?

Yes. Enter an optional target size in KB and the combined image is compressed toward it, with the panel reporting whether it landed under or over.

Can I change the layout and spacing?

Yes. You can stack the signature below the photo or place it beside, set the gap or padding, choose the background, and set each box size.

Does this guarantee my combined image meets a portal requirement?

No. It is a flexible layout and compression tool, not an official portal utility. Always check the exact combined-upload rules on the page you are submitting to.
