These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and imgtoolsbase.com, operated by Takenick Innovation, based in India. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

/ 02The service

imgtoolsbase.com provides browser-based image tools, PDF/image conversion tools, editing tools, utility tools, and related content. Most tools are designed to run in your browser. We may add, modify, remove, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time.

The site may be monetized with Google AdSense, promoted through Google Ads and Meta ads, and measured with Google Analytics or similar tools. Consent for advertising and analytics may be handled through Google AdSense Privacy & messaging or another consent mechanism where required. Advertising does not create an endorsement by us of any advertised product or service.

• Resell, frame, sublicense, or commercially exploit the site as a paid service without written permission from us

Your images and files remain yours. We claim no ownership over files you process with the tools. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, edit, convert, compress, publish, or distribute every file and output.

Because normal tool processing happens in your browser, we do not review or moderate your files. The fact that a tool technically allows an operation does not mean that the operation is legal or permitted in your situation.

The imgtoolsbase.com name, website design, original text, page structure, branding, and custom code are owned by or licensed to Takenick Innovation. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute the site or branding without our written permission.

Some tools may use open-source libraries, browser APIs, locally served fonts, AI models, or documented third-party fallback resources. Those components are governed by their own licenses and terms.

The site may use third-party services including hosting/CDN providers, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Ads, Meta ads/business tools where enabled, consent-management tools, model hosts, and JavaScript CDNs used as documented fallbacks. Brand fonts are served locally from our own assets. These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, scripts, websites, policies, or practices.

Where required by law, advertising, analytics, and marketing tools may be controlled through Google AdSense Privacy & messaging or a similar consent mechanism. Some features, measurement, or ad personalization may not work if consent is declined or browser privacy settings block cookies.
